1. How much will it cost?

If you’re the Mentor, it costs you absolutely nothing, other than 1 hour of your time (minimum), every second month.    If you’re the Mentee, this is also a completely FREE service. However, if you get the chance, it might be nice to shout your Mentor a coffee every now and then!

Yes, you can. As long as you are careful to choose the right level of experience of person that you mentor, and who mentors you.

Yes, 100% confidential. But if you both choose (and agree) to make it public, then that’s fine as well.

We ask that you meet for 60 minutes, bimonthly, as a minimum. But you can meet as much as you want beyond that.

This depends entirely on the advice that the Mentee needs help on, and will be discussed early on in the relationship.

We at the Recruiters Mentor Project will select your Mentor/Mentee, based on what you each tell us that you’re looking for.

Ideally, yes. We’re keen to avoid huge vacuums of career experience difference if possible.

10. Should I be worried about a conflict of interest?

No. When matching, we will make every effort to ensure no Mentor/Mentee match is created within the same recruitment discipline.

Maybe one day. But for now, because of boring reasons around logistics and time zones, we’re trying to keep things in Australia (until further notice).
